FREE KIDS FISHING TOURNAMENT

Calling all young anglers! Boys and girls ages 12 and under are invited to compete for legendary status at the FREE Youth Fishing Tournament on Saturday, March 21 at the Louisiana Sportsman Show in LaPlace!

🏆 Event Details for March 21:
🕗 Check-In: 8-9 AM
🎣 Fishing: 9–11 AM
🎖️ Prizes, poles, and awards presented immediately after
🌟 The first 100 kids to register will receive a FREE fishing pole!
We’ll also have bait and tackle provided for all registered participants, but please bring a tackle box.
🏆 One lucky angler will be crowned the 2026 Champion, and the Top 10 finishers will receive awards. The winner’s name will be added to The Sportsman Cup perpetual trophy, displayed year-round at the St. John The Baptist Community Center — a true piece of Louisiana angling history!
